Lindsay Lohan will spend 90 days in lockdown rehab , after coping a plea deal.
Lindsay pled no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to cops. In addition to rehab, Lindsay will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months, reports TMZ
Lindsay will be able to do her rehab in NYC. She must stay clear of drugs and drug users. She must submit to drug testing.
She's also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case.
During the hearing, Lindsay scolded her attorney Mark Heller after he kept jumping up to talk. Lindsay said, "Oh my god, I'm going to kill you."
The glitter shower Lohan got on arrival was a sign of good news for the troubled star.
Asked by Judge James Dabney if she understood all terms and conditions, Lohan answered, "Yes, your honor."
The judge then said, "A suggestion: don't drive."
"You violate probation and we'll ... just impose sentence and be done with it," the judge warned.
