The Case Of The Beer Heir And The Art Therapist: This Isn't The First Time Chasing Busch Is Fatal 25.Dec.2010

Just goes to show, the rich don't live by the same laws the rest of us do. This guy, August Busch IV, sounds like a character out of a Dominick Dunne novel - rich, spoiled, and seemingly above the law. Sound melodramatic? This isn't the first time one of Busch's dates ended up dead.

Last week, the body of 27-year-old Adrienne Martin was found in Busch's house. Adrienne was a mother, an art therapist and a "wannabe beer model" who allegedly left her husband to take up with Busch. Police said there were no signs of trauma or foul play and are investigating it as a possible drug overdose. That leaves a lot of unanswered questions, but don't count on Busch to be of much help. He apparently has a very selective memory.

Way back in 1983, August Busch IV picked up a cute little waitress in a local bar and took her for a high-speed ride that ended up with her being ejected through the sunroof and killed. Busch somehow made it back to his house where the police found him hours later, still covered in blood but claiming to have no memory of what happened. And you know what? There were no living witnesses. The evidence was lost or mishandled. End result, he walked. Holy shades of Chappaquiddick. And now this. Another dead girlfriend. I don't know about you, but that would be a turn-off for me, that whole ending up dead thing. So not cool.
