I smell a rat ...Or she's absolutely heartbroken, if she's the nice girl Charlie's PR team touts her as. But nice girls really aren't Charlie's bag; they might not approve of the games he likes to play, and they don't like to tag team. Charlie truly believes in "the more the merrier".

According to Page Six, a former Las Vegas madam has come forward with tales of Charlie's insatiable thirst for paid sex, and she says she was sending Charlie up until last year. The madam, named Nici, is the subject of a Rolling Stone article entitled "The Sex Queen of LA", Nici's story of running a high-end escort service with rates of up to $25,000 a night. Charlie answered her ad and booked a romp with four girls, giving Nici a $20,000 check when she dropped them off.

After that, Charlie became a regular customer, even when he was in rehab for booze and sex. Charlie was only allowed to leave rehab for doctor appointments. He had a friend who owned a medical building. When Charlie needed a little sumthin', he'd call Nici to book a girl, then be driven from rehab for his "doctor's appointment".

All things considered, I think it may be wise to take this story with a grain of salt. Charlie's ex, Denise Richards' new reality show will be premiering soon. I wouldn't put it past her to plant a story like this for the publicity. I'm sure she still has friends in the business.
