Police in Pahrump, Nevada pulled Heidi over after receiving tips about a possible drunk driver. Inside the car, Heidi and some other druggie sat, probably all bleary and cheery. The cops searched the car and came up with a mother lode of narcotics, none of which Heidi could prove were lawfully hers. She also had a little license problem, so in addition to charges for possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription, being under the influence of and driving while under the influence of a controlled substance she's also facing a charge of driving without a license. Her inebriated companion, a real stallion if ever I saw one, was charged with possession and being under the influence of controlled substances.
Heidi looks like total hell. She was always a party girl, but Sizemore turned her on to the big leagues, the Tina and the week-long binges. After numerous attempts at rehab and an extended stay in prison, Tom seems to finally be in recovery. I always wondered how Heidi escaped scrutiny for her drug use. Apparently it was just a matter of time before it caught up to her, and hopefully she'll get some help now. And some sleep.
