cast of Friday Night LightsDuring the 1st season of Friday Night Lights Landry would definitely have been considered a secondary character maybe even tertiary in a few episodes but now it is a whole different story. Overnight, Landry became a star football player, Tyra's true love and a murderer. Not too bad for a guy who looks like Matt Damon's less attractive younger brother. The show is still quite good though it a bit mellow-dramatic. Tim's brother has started dating the older woman he had the thing with so he just decides to stuff some things in a suitcase and storm out and now he is living on some dude's couch and taking care of his dogs. I am not even sure if he attends school anymore. Lila has become a religious freak but it wasn't like she was a bad girl last season. I mean yes she cheated on her paralyzed boyfriend with his best friend but Riggins is extremely hot so it is understandable. And then timid Matt Sarensen is now cocky and a man whore hooking up with everyone from the head cheerleader to his grandma's nurse. Even though Julie had been a bitch to him I felt bad but now she is totally going to get it on with her teacher who is played by Mr. John from Cincinnati himself, Austin Nichols. I still love the banter between Coach Taylor and his wife though. On Friday's episode when he said don't whisper scream at me I actually laughed out loud.
