What's she doing over there with that little dog? That's Izzy (or maybe it's Iggy?), the dog at the center of the whole adoption/re-gifting scandal that the current WGA strike has been kind enough to divert attention from. Did Ellen break her end of the agreement with the agency by not notifying them of Izzy's move? Technically, yes, and that was all the agency needed to move in commando-style to take the puppy back. Sadly, Ellen had given him to a loving family that really fell in love with him; they were devastated when the agency stormed in and took him away.
I guess Izzy's had some time to rest and collect his thoughts. Now he's doing the talk show circuit, perhaps sharing his story in the hopes of helping others less fortunate. Or maybe he's got himself a nice book and movie deal - and negotiated it before the strike. Now all he's got to do is figure out how to type it himself.
