At least one witness of DaBrat's vicious assault on a waitress in Jermaine Dupri's Atlanta nightclub claims that the rapper struck the victim in the head with a bottle of rum after her advances were rejected. The young woman is said to have suffered a "serious laceration" to the face and a large bump on the head. DaBrat, otherwise known as Shawntae Harris, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She's lucky it's not attempted murder. It should be. In a situation like this, gender or sexual orientation are irrelevant; if you hurt someone because they won't let you get in their pants you deserve to go to jail.
