The Hills duo everyone loves to hate Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt donned equally awful Halloween costumes on their way to friend’s Halloween party near Santa Monica on Sunday.
What's with the full-on mermaid top, Heidi? Has she somehow obtained a grain of modesty?! We're just so used to seeing those implants everywhere we turn, it's amazing she didn't take this opportunity to further display her investments, or better yet, her "revenge plastic surgery."
