Yes, the woman who makes Mama Rose look calm may have actually not been the best influence on Lindsay. Lindsay has decided instead to surround herself with men and wear these shoes. Her father came to pick her up at rehab and her souvenir from rehab was a boy. He doesn't look like Lindsay's typical boyfriend but maybe he looks really good through rehab goggles. Pretty impressive for that kid though. "I went to rehab and now my girlfriend is Lindsay Lohan."
