Hugh Grant has got to be pretty stupid.
The New Zealand Herald reports, "The 47-year-old actor appears in images posted on social networking website Facebook apparently drunk and enjoying the company of a group of students from Scotland's St. Andrews University at a house party on Saturday."
Grant split from long time girlfriend Jemima Khan in February. It is rumored that he became enamoured with American student 20-year-old blonde Cecilia Hoffman, who invited him to her friend's house party.
Remember when he was arrested back in 1995? Grant was cuffed for solicitation of prostitute Divine Brown's oral services. Surprisingly enough, the incident seemed to boost the careers of both.
In an interview with Jay Leno immediately following the arrest, Grant offers no excuses for picking up Divine Brown. It was then that he famously said, "I think you know in life what's a good thing to do and what's a bad thing, and I did a bad thing. And there you have it."
Apparently Grant's a miracle worker when it comes to public relations...anyone who can openly admit to picking up a prostitute named Divine and not have it destroy their career has got this Hollywood gig down! Pardoning incriminating photographs and an entourages consisting solely of blonde female college students should be no problem them.
