Hilary as GretaThe other day she was whoring it up at the beach and today she is in this interesting dress wearing a book as an accessory for her new film Greta. Maybe she plays a crazy book nerd who likes to swim. I just pray that this may be the first film that doesn't have one of her songs playing in the background (though I am not going to lie. I actually really like Hilary Duff songs. They have a calming sense about them). But when an actor/singer's song plays during the film it totally takes you out of the film. Like in A Walk to Remember (Mandy Moore's first major foray into mellow dramas) as Mandy is dancing with her boyfriend Landon, supposedly dying of Leukemia we then hear her delightful duet with Jonathan Foreman coming over and I'm like why is Mandy Moore all pasty? Just don't over expose yourself more than you have Hilary. It may be too late to say this to someone who has had tv shows, movies, clothing lines, jewelry lines, a new perfume line, CDs and a reality special on MTV.
