I'm such a Gomer!Everyone's talking about Britney's driving status - does she or does she not have a valid license ... the paps shot pics of Britney driving the kids around in her little convertible all weekend long. There are heartbreaking images of the kids bawling their eyes out as a smiling, empty-eyed mom buckles them in their car seats.
Today Kevin's attorney filed an ex parte motion with the court - basically notice that Britney broke one of the conditions set forth in the last hearing. The filing deadline for today's hearing was last Friday morning at 10. That means that whatever Britney did, she did before then. Was it the night of the blue contacts? Maybe it's the sleazy new roommate rumors. She could have failed a drug test, or missed a parenting class. Whatever the case, the judge sided with Federline, and ordered Britney to surrender full custody of the boys by Wednesday.
While I'm kind of relieved for the boys' sakes, this has to be a devastating blow for Britney. What little relationship she had with them may have been the only thing keeping her from totally ... uh, wigging out. If she was emotionally unstable before, imagine what losing her kids will do to her. She'll still have to do the random testing, classes and counseling already ordered, plus her visitation will now most likely be supervised, all of which means she has to learn how to parent with her clothes on. And now Kevin really is set for life.
