Free for nowSomehow I don't think jail would faze this girl much - she's tough as nails. She also seems to prefer batting with the home team, which would also work well for her in the pokey. She may get a chance to find out pretty soon, and for a bit longer than 82 minutes.
Michelle is on probation for a DUI rap a few years ago, but seems to be having some trouble getting the community service portion of her sentence completed. Having gotten caught lying about certain dates - on more than one occasion - and now the prosecutors are going over everything with a fine-toothed comb. This would be considerably more serious than simply violating probation; it is considered a separate violation, which could mean extra time for Michelle to serve should they revoke her probation.
