The men of Heroes are hot. Plus it is just a friggin' awesome show. Though there may be some brunette discrimination going on.

HeroesHeroesI admit it. I was reluctant to board the Heroes ship at first. I looked at it as the poor man's Lost and you recall last fall there were like eight shows that were in the style of the genius that is Lost (The Nine which was cancelled, Six Degrees which was cancelled and Heroes). I thought Heroes looked the stupidest out of all of them but then it started being called the best show ever and this summer when there was absolutely nothing on and I was deciding between watching The Hills for the 18th time or Newport Harbor (both staggering examples of Gen Y intellectualism) I caved and ordered the DVDs. It is fast, action-packed (it makes Alias look slow) and clever. This is perhaps because it is supposed to be like a comic book, which is perfect for my attention span. Heroes also does a very good job of informing you what happened on the last episode, so much so that you can miss an episode and still understand what is going on unlike with Lost in which you might as well give up watching if you miss an episode.
The show balances so many interweaving story lines that I don't even want to think about the writing process for one episode. The casting for the show is excellent. My favorites right now are the brother team of Peter and Nathan Petrelli played by the extremely handsome Milo Ventimiglia and the extremely hot Adrian Pasdar. I have had a huge crush on Milo since he played the rebel Jess on Gilmore Girls who gave Stars Hollow a good shake up but now I have moved my affection towards Mr.Pasdar. Pasdar is married to Natalie Maines of The Dixie Chicks and we all know she is the best chick so I would say my chances are slim. When he is in politician mode on the show I just want him. And then for some diversity Masi Oka is absolutely adorable as Hiro Nakamura and Sendil Ramamurthy as Mohinder Suresh is quite studly. Greg Grunberg (J.J. Abram's man crush. He has been on all of his shows) plays the same character in every show but it is a good character so that's cool. Oh and I haven't gotten to him yet but Zach Quinto is a cutie too (I bet he likes doing this show more than So Notorious, The Tori Spelling show.)
As for the women they are good but I think the casting director has a thing for blonds. Alli Larter and Hayden Pannetiere are the only female heroes and in the second season they will be joined by another perky blond, the wonderful Kristen Bell. In fact, from what I have seen, the only female brunettes on the show are a spy, in a wheelchair and an adulterous wife. I am guessing creator Tim Kring had a mean brunette ex-girlfriend. Come on Tim. The world could use a hot brunette superhero! Some of the men of HeroesSome of the men of Heroes
