They say the longer a jury is out, the more likely they are to come back with an acquittal. Phil's stress seems to be manifesting itself in his hair.
Gun-toting misogynist
Money may not buy you love, but it can buy your freedom. Signs indicate that Phil Spector may well escape conviction in the death of Lana Clarkson. He pulled together his own little dream team, comprised of some of the highest-paid attorneys in the country, the foremost authorities on forensics and blood spatter, and an endless parade of alleged experts who testified to the mental instability of Ms. Clarkson, whose only crime seems to be that she wouldn't spread 'em for the little man ... who by the way, is married. Despite the testimony of four other women who told the court of being similarly accosted by Spector, it would seem that his team has planted that seed of doubt with the jury.
Will common sense prevail over courtroom histrionics? Or will Spector walk away unscathed, free to continue to compensate his physical shortcomings with a .357 Magnum? Someone should ask Ronnie Spector what she thinks. She put up with his abuse for years, before finally escaping broke and barefoot one night. Lana didn't get that chance. All she got was a gun shoved down her throat and the top of her head blown off.
Can we say mistrial? yeah I
