Tori and familyI absolutely hated Tori Spelling when she was on 90210. I hated her in every TV movie she was in. I hated every single haircut she got. Hell I even hated her when she had a tiny part in the wonderful film that was Troop Beverly Hills (she was brunette and had her old nose making her barely recognizable.) I think I hated her when she was on 90210 because it was so obvious that she thought she was an actual actress when the only reason she was on that show was because of her very talented and powerful father. However, somewhere along the road Tori Spelling actually became a not bad actress who appeared in decent films (The House of Yes) and she became funny because she basically realized people saw her as a joke so she may as well use it. Her show SoNotorious was actually quite clever and funny. She admitted that she was a spoiled, shallow, rich little daddy's girl and it was great. She also totally played up the fact that people do think she looks like a drag queen. And now she is about to film the second season of her show about running a bed and breakfast with her new husband Dean — "Tori and Dean:Inn Love" which is on the Oxygen channel. They have to run this B&B because apparently Tori's mom screwed her out of a major inheritance (though I am not sure how true that is). The show is a reality show (well as much of a reality show as The Simple Life) but you get to see the goofy, wacky (and pretty crazy) side of Tori. I am not a devoted Tori fan now but I do like her more than she was the weak second fiddle Donna Martin. This season should be good because now they are running the B&B and are raising a baby. Plus she has a pug named Mamie LaRue which is just plain funny.
