A photographer recently pressed charges against Spears' bodyguard after he beat the crap out of him. What else would you expect to happen during a relaxing Spears family vacation in Las Vegas? Britney claims her man only attacked the photog because he came in some kind of contact with her son. So, Brit "filed an allegation of battery on behalf of Sean Preston". That kid is barely out of diapers and he is already getting dragged into mamas dirty business.
