Even if I'm the only one who thought the blog title was funny, it was worth it. Beyoncé fell down I'd say about 7, stairs during a recent live performance.
Ouch! The moves leading up to the fall show her commitment to tossing her hair about. I'm surprised she doesn't have spine problems from all that whipping. Then post stair slide she recovers like a champ. Not only does she pop up instantly, she continues to throw her head around. What a trooper! I think we can all learn something from Beyoncé. If you fall down, get right back up. Or, rethink using head banging choreography while on stairs wearing a long and easy to trip over costume.
