Minnie!Minnie Driver is doing ok! Now Minnie has never been quite a huge star (which is very smart when looking at recent events). After her wonderful introduction to movies in Circle of Friends (with a very hot and ruddy-looking Chris O'Donnel. If you haven't seen it go rent it now) Minnie was a hot little thing (and got to make-out with a bunch of hot little things) with her roles in Big Night, Sleepers (in which both Jason Patrick and Brad Pitt vyed for her affection), Grosse Pointe Blank (with the always adorable John Cusack) and of course, Good Will Hunting (with then boyfriend Matt Damon). Then she began to do some question mark films like Hard Rain (which yes was about really bad rain), Return to Me and Ella Enchanted (which she produced) and she broke up with Josh Brolin. I actually loved Beautiful and she was very memorable in her recurring role on Will&Grace. Then when I saw the previews for her FX show The Riches I wondered why they had hired two classy British actors (Minnie and Eddie Izzard) to basically play white trash but the show got very good reviews and Minnie was just nominated for an Emmy so the joke is on us apparently. Minnie is also promoting her second album (that's right she sings) and is doing a voice in the upcoming Simpsons film (which may be as big as Harry Potter from the looks of it.) It is nice to see a talented actress doing so well.
