Turns out there was an ulterior motive for Britney's recent sabbatical at the Four Seasons. While it also explains why it was so easy for the paps to get pictures of her with her kids ... does that mean she put her naked sons in the fountain of the Beverly Hills Four Seasons?!?
Word on the street is that Kevin Federline called Children's Services in LA County to tell them his soon-to-be-ex-wife was endangering their children's safety. Each opulent manse features a huge pool - with no fencing or alarmed gates to keep her young children from falling in. The ironic part? The pool at the house where Kevin has been staying is similarly not in compliance with local laws.
Britney, back against the wall, had no choice but to take shelter in a five-star hotel until such work could be completed. This move is just the latest monkeywrench Federline has thrown into their divorce case. Britney's stay in rehab allowed him to position himself as the more responsible parent, and he's been beating that drum like McConnaughey ever since.
Britney was seen in tears at the Four Seasons yesterday (I'm not sure if that's better than inappropriately dressed and sharing a smoke with Sean). Is Kevin wearing her down? Will she give him more time with the boys and more money just to leave her alone? Is it because she misses her Mommy and has no one to talk to? Speaking of, what happened to her trusty sidekick, Alli? Did Britney finally scare her away, too?
