Upon closer inspection it looks like her parent and/or guardian is pushing her to emulate the heiress. Shock! What low life parent would try to mold their child into a young Paris impersonator!? Maybe one that is attention starved? The kind of person that would stand outside a celebrities house with their 4 year old and wait for the celeb to emerge? Someone that would want their daughter to pose for a picture with the non role model? Doesn't seem like much of a stretch of the imagination to me. Some people are just dumb.
