After all the speculation and the maybes, the Spice Girls have made it official. They will reunite for 11 shows throughout the months of December and January.
I don't know about you but I'm excited! I was a wee lass when they broke up in 98 (or I was 15, whatever) and knew every word to such hits as "2 Become 1". Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be one of the fortunate few who will be able to afford/procure tickets to these shows. *sigh*
One of the most interesting things from the interview in which they announce their comeback was a mention of an official documentary. "It's going to be the most honest story that you've ever heard," Halliwell said. "You get to see the dark side of the Spice Girls, the gritty side, the tears." I thought they already made that. Spice World anyone?
