Birkhead is going to court to request an injunction barring Opri from spending the $650,000 wired into her client trust account at her behest, instead of directly to her then-client, Larry, as should have been. Once she had the funds in-house, she created an invoice for services provided that was outrageous, even going so far as to bill Birkhead for her husband's meals and dry cleaning bill in the Bahamas. Hey, 650,000 is a big number. Even the most creative lawyer would start to run out of legitimate charges.
Birkhead should count his blessings. After the buzz at Anna Nicole's funeral about Opri being all over Howard K. Stern like a cheap rug, he apparently wised up, and gave Debra her walking papers shortly thereafter. The two men seem to have formed a tentative bond over their mutual wish to do the best for Anna's little girl.

Larry is caught between a rock and a hard place...allow photos of Dannielynn and be told by the media that he is exploiting her...or go into a retreat? This is all BS!!! Where did you get this info? Have you reviewed the bill? This is Howard K. Stern spin. You need to research the facts before you post this crap. I have bbeen following this case. Larry will not win. He signed contracts that allowed for the money to be put in a client trust account. Larry isn't marrying anyone anytime soon! LOL Larry admitted early on and under oath he has spent over $300,000 in legal fees and received 3 bills prior to the last one. This is not a real news story and obviously meant to change perception of Larry the loser. Pay up Loser Larry!
