According to TMZ, Lee Weaver may have exaggerated a few details in his story of Lindsay's wild ways. He says he worked for Lindsay for two years, but when reporters went digging, they found that he was only employed on a temporary basis, for just ten days, in the spring of 2006. Weaver was paid $3,500 for his services on these days and was never asked back. Gee, if they had kept him on maybe this whole sordid affair never would have happened.
Not likely. Members of Lindsay's family and entourage have shown an astounding desire to cash in on her misfortune. Nothing is sacred, and no one has been spared. Her mother finally made a well-publicized visit recently, but that was more about avoiding a court hearing with her ex-husband than showing love and support for her meal ticket, er, daughter. Maybe she just needed to get her signature on updated Power of Attorney forms or something. You know damn well Mama Lohan won't use her own money.
Meanwhile, the clock ticks on in the countdown to Lindsay's big 21st birthday bash at Pure in Vegas, just days after she's released from Promises. I give her until about 10 PM, and then she'll be looking like Britney on New Year's Eve.
