This on again off again Beckham reality show business is making my head spin. I'm fascinated by the prospect of 2 ridiculously famous people agreeing to have their lives filmed. Look at past track records: Bobby and Whitney, Nick and Jessica. Who knows what kind of glorious fall from grace this would have brought for Posh and Co.
That is why I was relieved when I read that the deal was a no go. Good for Victoria I thought. She is dodging that bullet. But my relief was short lived. Now it seems the UK Mirror's report may have been a bit premature. Both NBC and the Beckham's camp are denying any broken deals. So it looks as if this former Spice Girl will be traipsing on to TV screen near you.
Tread softly, Victoria. And maybe go easy with the hooker hiding under ripe melons in her bra look. American TV is too classy for that...
