Nicole should get used to hanging out with her non-famous friends since all her famous ones are either in jail, rehab or recovering from just being incredibly stupid (that would be a reference to Mischa who washed her antibiotics down with Vodka like it was water). Nicole went to the ice skating rink with her friend. She most likely went ice skating (if she was actually able to support her own body weight on skates we don't know) but maybe she just went to taunt people. She is probably reverting back to a childlike state because she feels abandoned by her friends. Ehh that would actually make her a complex person so never mind.
