In the beginning there was Anna Nicole. She liked him enough to diddle for a bit, but not as a father to her child, going so far as wedding her eunuch to chase him away. What was the problem? Only Howard K. Stern knows, and he's too busy mowing his mother's lawn to talk to the press these days.
Now comes news that his attorney may have shanghaied more than $600,000 that should have been given to Larry, and he's filed suit to get it back. If the allegations are true, Opri's law license could be at stake.
Opri and her agent at IMG (yes, she has an agent - doesn't every money-grubber?) negotiated a million-dollar deal with NBC for Larry to make appearances on their tabloid shows. But when NBC made the first payment on the contract, apparently Debra got a little greedy, and $850,000 somehow made it into her client trust account and not Larry's.
Being the clever little vixen she is, Debra sent Larry $200,000 and a bill for $650,000 to cover the difference. Among the very padded items on this bill were bills for her publicist (now there's irony), expensive dinners and even Opri's husband's laundry. Now that's billable hours. I can't wait to see what she does for David Hasselhoff, who she's representing in his divorce action.
