In the past year she has seriously been dressing like a Congress woman (if a Congress woman was one of the most beautiful women in the world). At Cannes she opted for her usual black dress ensemble but she shocked everyone when she showed up in a yellow floor-length gown (she also shocked everyone because she hasn’t adopted a child in the last few weeks).
