Looks like Tom's tweaking days are numbered. His meltdown outside a Bakersfield Sheraton in early May, and subsequent bust for possession of methamphetamine, have prosecutors screaming for his head.
It's not what you think
Not content with a mere citation for disturbing the peace, Tom went mad monkey bonkers, ending up with several felony drug charges. Homeboy never did like to party small. This violates his probation in ways best not discussed here. Plainly speaking, Sizemore is ringmeat. Supersized.
I don't understand why these high-profile druggies feel the need to do their thing in public. Especially those who have had or are currently in trouble with the law. Why can't they just stay home and get blasted? Maybe that's why Tom took his rock and his pipe to Bakersfield; he thought no one would recognize him.
Or maybe it's that they feel they're above the law. That's the prevailing theory on why Paris Hilton continued to drive after being caught with a suspended license - she thought those rules were just for the little people.
