Keri Russell in WaitressGo see Waitress. You will laugh. You will cry. You will really want pie when the film ends. A radiant Keri Russell stars as a waitress who has just found out she is pregnant. She is terribly unhappy in her marriage and terribly unenthusiastic about the baby but she can bake a mean pie. Her doctor, that she ends up having an affair with, is played by I-never-realized-but-is-incredibly-hot Nathan Fillion. Anyway it is a very original love story about all different kinds of love and it inspired me to want to bake something which is pretty difficult so it must be pretty good.
After a string of films no one really saw (except for Mission Impossible 3, which I wish I hadn’t seen) Keri Russell, who is pregnant now, hasn’t been in anything too amazing but she is great in this. And she doesn’t cut her hair off at any point in the film so the ratings won’t go down.
