After video footage of an obviously inebriated David Hasselhoff trying to eat a hamburger was blasted all over the internet, it seemed a no-brainer that his ex, Pamela Bach, would get custody of the kids in their ongoing divorce battle. However, today, in a courtroom stunner, full custody was awarded to The Hoff after testimony that Bach was abusive, particularly toward their younger daughter.
The turning point for the deciding judge seems to be the fact that while Ms. Bach refused to submit to any drug testing, Hasselhoff was happy to comply with alcohol testing. He will retain full custody for the next two weeks, after which another hearing will be held to evaluate progress.
