While doing publicity for "Shrek 3" Cam had an interview with Movies.com in which she proclaimed the intense hardships that come along with being a hot Hollywood starlet.
"If a woman who's a successful actress weighs 300 pounds and has warts, nobody ever asks her, 'Do you think you made it because you're ugly?' So why should there be prejudice against someone who's had some success in films and looks a little better than average. It's all in my genes, so don't hold it against me."
Do you think Diaz realizes how douchey that comes off? She's trying so hard not to sound like a complete moron while telling us common folks how hard it is to be attractive. Talk about beating around the bush. Don't be coy. Instead of "looks a little better than average", just say what you mean. "I'm a millionaire that every guy wants to bang, feel bad for me." It's so hard nowadays to be famous!
