OMFG What happened to her face? Was it prolonged exposure to Marilyn Manson? That freaky creep could peel the barnacles off a garbage scow. Rose used to be drop-dead gorgeous. It has been reported that an eye injury led to corrective surgery of some kind. One of her eyelids does seem pretty wonky (eyelift? Botox? bukkake?), and there does appear to be some scarring underneath that eye.
Of course, there are also tales of being able to party like a drunken hun who makes frequent trips to the little huns' room. The fact that she was once Marilyn Manson's fiancee (remember the see-through dress?) doesn't bode well for any assertions of sobriety on her part. Let's face it - She looks like she got rode hard and put away wet.
When we last got word of Rose on the gossip circuit, she was being labeled a homewrecker for busting up her director's long-term marriage during the filming of Grindhouse. She was also said to be a miserable bitch at the film's premiere, insisting that she be the only cast member in red so she'd stand out from the crowd or something. She needs to go back to working the butterface.
