Accidentally on Purpose castJenna Elfman gives TV another try after basically quitting acting for like 5 years (she was having a baby among other things and there was a memorable guest-appearance on Brothers & Sisters) but since her last sitcom on CBS was canceled (Courting Alex) she has been laying low. Anyway, Accidentally on Purpose is about a succesful workaholic in her 30's who has a one night stand with a guy in his 20's and then gets pregnant. So pretty much it is Knocked-Up meets Cougar Town with Samantha Who's haircut. I prefer the longer blond hair she sported in Keeping the Faith but maybe she thinks the short hair made Dharma & Greg last for like 5 years (and it was only good for like the first three). It looks cute and people seem to love wacky Jenna Elfman with her physical comedy and her long ass legs. The show will be on Monday nights after How I Met Your Mother so it has a fair shot. The cast also includes Grant Show, Lennon Parham and Nicholas Wright.
